THE EDIBLE BIRD'S NEST CREATING SPECIES

The swifltets family of birds is made up of a group of sub-species of swiftlets. However, there are only 2 sub-species of swiftlets can produce bird's nests that can be eaten. There are the Aerodramus Fuciphagus and the Aerodramus Maximus.

The Aerodramus Fuciphagus includes:- 1) Aerodramus Fuciphagus Vestitus 2) Aerodramus Fuciphagus Amechanus 3) Aerodramus Fuciphagus Preplexus 4) Aerodramus Fuciphagus Fuchiphagus.

The Aerodramus Maximus only includes:- 1) Aerodramus Maximus Lowi 2) Aerodramus Maximus Tichelmani.

A swiftlet hatchling that is 8 months old is ready to find a mate.
Looking for suitable ,safely and sweet home to build a nest.

3 to 32 days (4 weeks) Nest building.
Next 8 to 14 day (1 to 2 weeks) Laying of eggs.
Next 22 to 28 (3 to 4 weeks) Incubating of eggs
Next 47 to 51 days (6 to 7 weeks) Baby'll leave the nest.
Next 7 days (1 week ) Parents rests.
Next 30 to 32 days (4 weeks ) Nest building restarts.
